and the gatekeeper, the gentle offering of the Heart’s protection and
the fierce power of the Mind’s auspicious gifts. As the Great One,
Mahaganapati becomes an empowering vision of your Self, an expression
of our deepest human aspirations, and a way to see and to be seen as
the Light of Consciousness that has chosen our mortal form. In this fun
class, we’ll learn stories of Ganesha, study His secret mantras, and
learn ways of seeing ourselves as Ganapati so that we may experience
how Ganapati sees us. Come with an open mind, a willing heart, and a
deep curiosity to understand and experience more about how Ganesha
opens the gateways of deeper awareness and takes us to the very root of
our being.
This workshop is the 2nd in a series of four and
introduces the key aspects in the stories of Ganesha. In addition to
invoking the qualities and attributes of this household deity and his
parallels in our own lives, Elizabeth and Roberto will guide a rocking
practice to celebrate the Ganesha in each of us.
